Synopsis by Sandra Brennan
This film presents excerpts from the lives of two Mexican-American families who have resided in Los Angeles for over 10 years and suddenly find their stability threatened by the "Simpson-Rodino" act. The film pays special attention to the irony of their position, as both families work so hard to contribute to their communities and country and receive so little in return.
