Synopsis by Hal Erickson

The only witness to a terrorist bombing also happens to be a police informer. In his efforts to locate the witness, Kojak (Telly Savalas) is stymied by a rival police precinct which is keeping the man under wraps. Meanwhile, the witness escapes custody--just as the terrorist group El Compadre prepares to strike against. Appearing as an antagonistic police lieutenant is future Hill Street Blues star Daniel J. Travanti.
