Synopsis by Robert Firsching

It is some sort of tribute to the success and pervasiveness of Nikkatsu's softcore empire that it attracted college student Ryoko Kinoyama to approach the studio with her own script and a hunger to star in one of their pinku eiga films. The studio complied, and assigned prolific director Akira Kato to helm the story of a college student, not unlike Kinoyama herself, curious about psychology and eager to explore sexuality. Haruko (Kinoyama) becomes a stripper at a nightclub as well as beginning an affair with a mystery writer named Otani (Kazuo Satake). Haruko pores over Otani's manuscripts and becomes convinced that he's really the killer. It's a silly little movie, but enjoyable enough, and hopefully gave its screenwriter and star the insight into male psychology which reportedly inspired her Nikkatsu adventure. Tomoko Asagiri and Miyako Yamaguchi co-star.
