This silly softcore film from respected director Chusei Sone was a farewell showcase for Nikkatsu Studios pinku-eiga starlet Kazuko Shirakawa before her highly publicized wedding to studio sales representative Toshio Konishi, which was actually televised nationwide. Purporting to tell the true story of Shirakawa's early years from college to pinku-eiga stardom, the film is one big pile of malarkey, including its notorious scene of Shirakawa being gang-raped by her college drama class, supposedly the event which led her to Nikkatsu in the first place. Of course, Shirakawa never went to college, and was making junk like this long before she came to the studio in 1971. Life didn't get any easier for Shirakawa after this film, as she bore two children before filing for divorce and returning to movies in 1976. The true story of a glamorous porn star's unhappy marriage to a poor sales rep would probably have made a more interesting film than this one.
