Long before Demi Moore stood in a proud pregnant pose for the magazine Vanity Fair, Jane Fonda was urging women to use this tape to help them look their best and stay in shape prior to giving birth. After the initial warm-up routine, viewers will work on firming up their arms. They will then be shown exercises that target their middle and lower body areas. Helpful relaxation and breathing exercises are also shown, which are potentially useful both when giving birth or simply finishing a workout.
