A doctor from Prague is kidnapped during the Nuremburg trials and is taken to a remote mansion in Germany. The physician is brainwashed at the heavily guarded estate into thinking he is Hitler's doctor. Hitler's mistress and a former SS agent vie for control of the mind of Hitler, still alive at the estate. The mistress wishes Hitler to resume his quest for maniacal world domination, but the SS man would have the insane dictator suffer debilitating nightmares and a tortured psyche. The two try to convince the doctor to help them with their separate interests over the aging and seemingly senile Hitler in this gripping moral and political exposé of frightening fantasy.
