This documentary, part of the Investigative Reports cable television series on the A&E network, takes a look at the career of journalist Jack Anderson, who reported on major stories and explored some of the most infamous lives in American history. His work on the JFK assassination is of particular interest in this video, where his ties with not only Kennedy, but also with Fidel Castro, the CIA, and well-known Mafia bosses come into play. This episode, narrated by Investigative Reports host and producer Bill Kurtis, uses footage of Anderson with some of these renowned figures in politics and crime, and explores Anderson's theory of Kennedy's assassination. This theory has become accepted in many circles and even was one of the theories Oliver Stone used for his feature film JFK about the Kennedy assassination, which the director discusses in an interview shown on this video.
