Synopsis by Janiss Garza

Although she comes from a wealthy background, the restless Corrine Chilvere (Olive Thomas) is bored with her prosaic fiancée, Rocky Van Sandt (Joseph Bennett), and wishes she had a "past." To attain it, she answers an ad placed in a paper by some press agents -- they are offering a reward to whoever becomes betrothed to millionaire Nicholas Fenwick (George Chesbro). Also in the running is Pansy Hartley (Josie Sedgewick), who really does have a past. But Nicholas becomes entranced by Corrine at a cabaret where she appears as a masked dancer, while Rocky falls for Pansy. It turns out that Nicholas isn't the millionaire he was touted to be, but Corrine decides to stick with him anyway. Corrine's parents (Thomas S. Guise) and Lillian Langdon) turn a cold shoulder to her after finding out about the cabaret incident, but eventually they come around and forgive her.
