A beautiful young woman locked into an arranged marriage falls for a charismatic rock star in director Lawrence D'Souza's musical mix of comedy and romance. Dil is set to be married to a man from one of the most dangerous and powerful families in India, and her heart simply isn't in it. In an attempt to escape the whirlwind chaos of the upcoming wedding and ponder an uncertain future, Dil travels to London in hopes that a change of scenery will offer peace of mind. Immediately intoxicated by the beautiful sights of the city, Dil soon finds herself falling in love with kindly rocker Jeet despite her obligation to her future husband back in India. When Dil suddenly abandons her new beau to beat a hasty retreat back to her hometown, the arrival of the heartbroken Jeet on the scene causes the entire town to erupt in controversy.
