Anyone who avoids those "young comics on the way up" videos may be making a mistake. After all, that skinny, andenoidal nonentity who can't raise a laugh to save his life may very well be the star of the Number One sitcom of the year 2002. In Stitches offers us some of the younger comedy crop of 1986, as seen at Garvin's Club in Washington. Featured are such embryonic funsters as Eddy Strange, Sue Kolinsky and Mike Sullivan-Irwin. Though it can still be found in a few scattered video stores, In Stitches: Stand-Up Comics on the Horizon is no longer available for purchase.
