Synopsis by Cecilia Cygnar
In this documentary on early humans who inhabited North America, viewers can travel back through time to the years of the early American settlers. The goal of the video is to locate, dig up, and study early relics and artifacts from some of the first people in North America. Scientists and archaeologists discuss how they decide where to begin their digging and how they determine how old the found objects are. This video also takes a look at how the climate and surroundings of an area affect preserving the condition of the artifacts. Also covered in this video are demonstrations of how some of the objects found were made out of bone or stone.
