Synopsis by Janiss Garza

Mae Murray and David Powell are starred in this odd melodrama. Dion Holme, a London sculptor (Powell) travels to the South Seas to forget his romance with the wicked Lady Gray (Dorothy Cummings). He becomes involved with Jim Merrill (George Fawcett), a pearl smuggler, who warns him to stay away from his daughter Faith (Murray). But Faith won't stay away from Holme. Eventually he heads back to London, and Faith joins a burlesque troupe that winds up in London's Limehouse district. She discovers that Holme has returned to Lady Gray, who offers to take her under her wing and introduce her to society. Instead she turns Faith into a drug addict while Holme is away in Greece. When he returns he has to rescue her from a party where she's doing a striptease dance. Lady Gray's last trick is to shoot herself by pressing the gun into Faith's hand while she is unconscious. Even though a doctor has seen the whole thing and Faith is cleared, she runs back to the Limehouse district anyhow. But Holmes follows and brings her back.
