Synopsis by Clarke Fountain
In this romantic comedy, Harriet is convinced that she's on top of the world. She has two men on a string: her main squeeze, Nick, is a decidedly unintellectual participant in the rock scene; Jeremy is a far more cultured and wealthy fellow whom she takes advantage of (she thinks) with impunity. Her friend Myra supports her all the way down the line and feels that her exploitation of the boring rich fellow serves him right for wanting to marry her. However, Jeremy is a lot deeper than either of the women imagine and is not only fully aware of Harriet's duplicity, but is guiding it so that is serves his long-term goals -- one of which is to win her heart.
