synopsis
The Canadian children's series Howard Presents served as a reunion program for two stars of the previous CBC kiddie effort Razzle Dazzle: Michele Finney (human) and Howard the Turtle (puppet). Basically, the two leads were litte more than emcees, introducing a variety of current-events segments and historical films. Also on the docket was the vintage movie adventure serial Trail of the Royal Mounted. Telecast on a Monday-through-Friday basis at 4:00 p.m., Howard Presents was seen from August 28 to September 8, 1978.
