This six-part "reality" series covered a year in the life of Memorial Hermann, a prominent teaching hospital in Houston, TX. The series' producers and cameramen followed a select group of doctors, nurses, and trainees as they went about their appointed rounds in the hospital's Critical Care and Level-One divisions. Additionally, ample screen time was afforded the patients, some of whom first learned of their medical conditions while the cameras were rolling. Houston Medical premiered June 18, 2002 on the ABC network.
