Synopsis by Janiss Garza
In this comedy, Mae Marsh has the bad taste to prefer hefty Elmo Lincoln (the overweight Tarzan of the silent screen) over sweet Bobby Harron. Mae plays the wealthy ward of Spottiswoode Aitken, and is engaged to his nephew (Harron). But when she spies blacksmith Lincoln and his burly physique, she decides that Bobby isn't manly enough for her. She plans to elope with the blacksmith, but wise old Aitken stops her and suggests instead that he throw a party for the happy couple. When Mae sees that her blacksmith sweetheart is quite out of place in refined society, she has second thoughts and gratefully returns to Harron's arms.
