In this Japanese crime drama, two gumshoes must find the kidnapped daughter of a wealthy industrialist. They eventually discover an enormous crime ring that abducts, drugs, rapes, and forces young women to become prostitutes. This is what has happened to the young heiress. Later, after the Tokyo cops capture the gang leaders, it is discovered that the industrialist is behind it all. He is horrified to learn that his daughter was victimized by the monster he created.
