synopsis
When a country-western performer hits mid-life crisis, it hits him right back. His career already fading, his long-time singing partner (and mistress) decides to strike out on a solo career. And his ex-wife is hounding him. And his son is in jail. A character study of a man facing the fact that his life is rife with mediocrity and the American Dream becoming a bit tarnished.
