Chester (Dennis Weaver) is appalled when his "untamed" hillbilly brother Magnus (played by master dialectician Robert Easton) shows up in Dodge at Christmastime. Though treated like dirt by Chester and shunned by practically everyone else, Magnus not only proves to be a better and wiser man than most of his contemporaries, but also something of a hero when self-righteous Lucifer Jones (James Anderson) tries to drive Kitty (Amanda Blake) out of town. This episode is based on the Gunsmoke radio broadcast of December 18, 1954.
