The Romefeller Foundation's Chief Engineer Tubarov is dead, after his capture at the hands of a rebel group calling themselves White Fang. Romefeller, through OZ, retaliates by mobilizing the mobile dolls against White Fang's forces in various colonies. Suddenly, two new players involve themselves in the fray: Wu Fei, angered at the destruction of his colony, quickly annihilates OZ's mobile suits; Noin, who has been searching for Wu Fei, approaches him and asks for help. Wu Fei refuses, unwilling to take orders from anyone. On another colony, Duo is still in a funk over Trowa's amnesia, and worried that such a thing could happen to a Gundam pilot. His spirits are lifted when Hilde gets word of a new satellite needing workers -- and the satellite is owned by the Winner family. The news signifies just what he'd hoped: Quatre has returned home. Meanwhile, Relena tries to adjust to her new role as Queen of Earth.
