In the 1980s, singer and songwriter Matt Johnson, the soul force behind The The, emerged as one of Britain's most original pop musicians with his unique blend of rhythms and lyrics. In this live concert recording, Johnson is joined by many talented musicians, including guitarist Johnny Marr, who help perform some of Johnson's songs, such as "Jealous of Youth," "Giant," "That Sinking Feeling," "Armageddon Days Are Here (Again)," "Heartland," "Sweet Bird of Youth," and more.
