Eb (Tom Lester) needs money in a hurry, but Oliver (Eddie Albert) refuses to give him a loan, suggesting instead that Eb rely on his "ingenuity" to raise the necessary funds. Oliver soon regrets his words when Eb not only transforms the Douglas farm into a baby care assembly line, but also rents out all of the Douglases' personal possessions! (Fran Ryan, soon to take over from Barbara Pepper in the role of Doris Ziffel, is here cast as Minnie.)
