Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Cyril Maude, who always looked as if he'd been born at the age of 45, stars as antique dealer Professor Doremus. Upon learning that well-known art collector Stuart Love is arriving from Europe, Doremus is moved to tell his old friend, the neighborhood priest, of an incident that occurred seven years earlier. It seems that the selfsame Stuart Love is a hypnotist, who held Doremus' daughter Peggy in a sinister spell and forced her to pose nude for a famous artist. Now, seven years later, Doremus is prepared to exact revenge against Love for humiliating his beloved daughter. One suspects that The Greater Will was inspired by the popularity of the kitschy "naked lady" portrait September Morn.
