Golden TV Memories of the 50's pays homage to the unforgettable age of live television. Volume 1 showcases a series of the period's most beloved stars, including Abbott & Costello. The comedy partnership consisted of Bud Abbott, the clown, and straight man Lou Costello. This retro program also features the perpetual 39-year-old Jack Benny. Benny combined his violin playing with comic routines and endeared himself to television audiences between 1955 and 1965. This tribute to the talent of the era also includes a look at the work of Loretta Young, Ed Wynn and fifty other popular entertainers from the days of live televsion.
