The host of these 30-minute presentations is Mother Basilia, who offers her homilies and advice in a refreshingly no-nonsense fashion. In the case of this installment, the title speaks for itself. Despite apparent evidence to the contrary, Mother Basilia demonstrates how God is still alive and active after all these years. Though copies God Lives and Works Today still makes the church rounds, the tape itself has been withdrawn from active distribution.
