Synopsis by Rovi
Even though Rory (Alexis Bledel) has agreed to attend a concert with Tristan (Chad Michael Murray) -- driving her rival Paris (Liza Weil) crazy in the process -- she may still be pining away for Dean (Jared Padalecki). Rachel (Lisa Ann Hadley) finally realizes that the attraction between Luke (Scott Patterson) and Lorelai (Lauren Graham) may be too strong to accommodate her presence. And Max (Scott Cohen) wants Lorelai to take a summer trip with him -- and to answer a Very Important Question. The outcome of the Max-Lorelai-Luke situation is left up in the air at the conclusion of this final first-season episode of Gilmore Girls, not to be resolved until the beginning of season two.
