This obscure semi-animated sci-fier features a hero named Max Lang. Thanks to sinister futuristic extraterrestrial forces, Max has been left without a will of his own. In Terminator fashion (though, to be fair, the film was made several years before Terminator), Max is compelled to kill, lest he himself be killed. The special effects are on a par with the story values, which is all we'll say at the moment. Generations runs 54 minutes, indicated that it might have originally been designed for TV play.
