Synopsis by Clarke Fountain
The sad and tragic lives of South American street-children, cast-offs from the slums of big cities, are followed in this documentary. Some turn to theft, even stealing groceries directly from the arms of old ladies as they walk along. Others become prostitutes. All are ill-nourished. They slake their hunger by sniffing gasoline (or even glue) fumes.
