Attending a carnival, Michelle (played by the Olsen twins) ends up winning a goldfish. Alas, her notions of how to care for her new pet are to say the least ineffective, especially when she gives the fish a bubble bath in a tub of hot water. Now the men of the Tanner household are faced with the unenviable duty of informing Michelle her pet has gone belly-up. And in a separate development, Jesse (John Stamos) balks at the notion of learning how to squaredance for his wedding.
