A passionate affair between an aspiring rock star and the abused wife of a notorious gangster threatens dire repercussions for everyone involved. Tony Mari's band may play weddings today, but they're gaining momentum, and odds of scoring a recording contract are looking good. When Tony meets Terri, he knows that she's the girl for him. A gorgeous aspiring dancer, Terri is trapped in a treacherous marriage to a New York kingpin whose reputation for violence precedes him. Before long, Tony and Terri have thrown caution to the wind, and discovered true happiness. But Terri's husband has caught wind of the affair, and he's not very happy about it. In just one week Tony is scheduled to perform a gig that will launch his band to the big time.
