With his toilet on the blink, Frasier (Kelsey Grammer) calls in a plumber. The man hired for the job turns out to be Danny Kriezel (John C. McGinley), the former junior-high bully who made Frasier's life hell on earth. But it gets worse: Danny's partner is his brother, Billy (Mike Starr), who terrorized Frasier's brother Niles (David Hyde Pierce) back in school. Have the years mellowed the Kriezels, or are the Crane boys in for another pummeling?
