Synopsis by Janiss Garza
The romance between a country girl (Lorraine Huling) and an acrobat (Harry LaPearl) is broken up by her uncle. Later the acrobat marries a trapeze performer (Bertha Leon) and they return to the country village as part of a circus. The acrobat runs into little twin girls (Marian and Madeleine Fairbanks), cousins of his former sweetheart. He entices them into joining the circus and delights in the grief this is causing their father, the man who broke up the relationship. A detective locates the children and even though the acrobat tries to spirit them away, they are returned to their family. Harry LaPearl and Bertha Leon were both real circus performers.
