Synopsis by Jason Buchanan
A human hype machine attempts to reconcile his dreams of success with the disapproving eye of his judgmental father in this documentary from filmmakers Jeff Stephenson and Jason Tan. Though it started as a brief look into an eccentric street promoter, Stephenson and Tan's film soon snowballed into a revealing look at one-man's quest for fame and the personal battles he endures over a five-year bid to hit the big time in Hollywood.
