Synopsis by Eleanor Mannikka
This is an interesting drama about a troupe of performers heading down the Mississippi on a raft (a novel idea in itself). The troupe is composed of a band, a director (David Dawkins, who just happens to be the director here), and some performers. The troupe pick up a new member, Merrit (Lenard Petit) whose attraction to one of the actresses, Pinky (Patience Pierce), is causing some problems, since Pinky is the director's girlfriend. But more serious problems loom on the horizon as audiences dwindle and the weather gets worse and worse.
