In this instructional dance workout designed to build endurance and coordination, viewers learn traditional Flamenco dance moves while simultaneously receiving the health benefits of an invigorating workout. Both high and low-impact workouts are offered for viewers of all ages and fitness levels, and the main lesson is broken into three segments consisting of warm-up, footwork, and the Spanish Jota - a regional dance that encourages endurance and cardiovascular fitness.
