synopsis
In this Cinderella type tale, an orphaned girl goes to live with her fabulously wealthy uncle. Although she must at first deal with many obstacles, she eventually finds her true love. The film is most notable in that it contained teen star Deanna Durbin's first on-screen kiss. Songs include: "Sympathy," "A Change of Heart," "Deserted," "Spring in My Heart," "Amapola," "Home Sweet Home," and "One Fine Day."
