Synopsis by Hans J. Wollstein
Bennett R. Cohen both wrote and directed this obscure silent Western starring the equally obscure Bill Patton. Not the most charismatic of sagebrush heroes, Patton is this time up against a nasty claim-jumper played by one of the era's better screen villains, Arkansas native Jack Ganzhorn. Patton's leading lady in Fightin' Odds was 26-year-old Doris Dare, a blond starlet who also acted under the name Doris Prince. Director Cohen later wrote screenplays for Ken Maynard, and, later still, produced Sunset Carson oaters for Republic Pictures.
