During their surprise 40th-anniversary party, Frank (Peter Boyle) and Marie (Doris Roberts) have a surprise of their own when they recall the time several decades earlier that they separated for a year and planned to divorce. As it turned out, it was young Ray's broken arm that finally patched up the marriage. Does this news make Ray (Ray Romano) a happy man? Fuhggeddabouddit! Convinced that his parents are miserable together, Ray now feels guilty that it was his fracture which un-fractured their union.
