Synopsis by Tracie Cooper
Filmmaker Dee Rees follows her octogenarian grandmother Amma Hunton to Liberia, where she plans to help rebuild the war-torn community of Monrovia. Along the way, Rees, Hunton and the country of Liberia slowly recover from over a decade of unrest.
