Synopsis by Hal Erickson
Filmed in Miami, the independently produced Eternal Summer yields interesting results with a no-name cast and nonexistent budget. Gwen DeCastro and Jeff Brown play a married couple who, after eight years, might very well call it quits. The film's 80 minutes charts the vacillating affection and disaffection between the two, and the effect their problems have on friends and family. Producer J. Van Hearn's script comes so close to real life at times that one wonders if this project wasn't some form of catharsis. Not bad at all, Eternal Summer unfortunately never found a major distributor.
