Synopsis by Heather M. Fierst

A scaled-down animated version of the mysterious story of Anastasia, the last Romanov princess. Young Anastasia's life is drastically changed by the Russian Revolution, tragedy, romance, and new adventures. The video includes three original songs and is a good choice for younger children who may not be able to sit through or are too frightened by Don Bluth and Gary Goldman's excellent animated version of Anastasia.
