Synopsis by Perry Seibert

Tim Lyn's Eldra is an adaptation of a memoir written by Eldra Jarman. Eldra is a girl in Wales and much of her time in class is spent ruminating on a wild fox to whom she is drawn. Robat (Gareth Wyn Roberts), a smart boy from a higher social class, has a crush on Eldra. Robat's older brother Taid (John Ogwen) does his best to spread his relentless negativity to everyone with whom he comes into contact, particularly Eldra and her family. During a summer vacation, Robat attempts to get somewhere with Eldra, while she concentrates on ways to improve the life of the fox. Eldra was screened at the 2003 Palm Springs Film Festival.
