synopsis
Impoverished Paul boards a bus to London with dreams of something better than his home in rural Ireland. Scotsman Russel offers Paul a job of cleaning a giant oil-storage-tank which would require him to go back to Ireland. With the deadline approaching, Paul attempts to enroll in college.
