There's nothing of value in Doomsday Voyage, an inept drama that wastes some talented performers in a bunch of claptrap that has no value. This is definitely the kind of film that can only be salvaged by being of the "so bad it's good" class, but that is decidedly not the case here. Instead, Voyage does nothing but alternately bore and anger the viewer, and most will switch it off long before it reaches its conclusion. Those who manage to watch the entire thing will be witness to a screenplay in which logic has been thrown out the window, mostly so that artificial situations can be created in which cardboard characters expound on issues of morality in the most pretentious and annoying manner possible. People simply do not talk as they do here, and they certainly do not do so when in the situations presented here. And while the character of Captain Jason is put into an untenable situation, his unwillingness to take action is hard to understand. The editing is horrible, which could explain why much of the story makes little sense. The actors try very hard, but there is simply nothing they can do with this material.
