Doomed at Sundown (1937)
by Hans J. Wollstein review

Doomed at Sundown runs the B-Western gamut from A to B. In other words: by the book. Bob Steele, who used to be directed by his real-life father, Robert North Bradbury, is now at the mercy of notorious hack director Sam Newfield and gone are most of the cinematic niceties that used to typify the Bradbury oeuvre. Steele, however, manages to survive on his charm and acting capability alone.
