Produced by Morris R. Schlank and directed by the prolific Benjamin F. Wilson, this minor silent Western was filmed in Kernville, California. The star was Cheyenne Bill (real name: Harold William McKechnie), a former stunt double for Ronald Colman. Cliff Lyons, the film's villain, starred in a series of his own, filmed simultaneously with the Cheyenne Bill series.
