Hosted by identical twins Veena and Neena Bidasha, this video teaches the viewer how to perform the ancient Egyptian art of bellydancing. Starting with some warm-up exercises, the video moves quickly into a series of tutorials on the basic moves. These different sections allow the viewer to learn the various beginner aspects of bellydancing before moving on to the more advanced videos in the series.
