synopsis
Part of the PBS series Dinner on the Diner, this program takes the Galloping Gourmet back to his native country to travel the Scottish countryside on the steam train, The Royal Scotsman. On the train he helps out in the kitchen, preparing local Angus beef with Horseradish Sauce and Yorkshire Pudding Crepe. He also discusses the very important creation of the perfect cup of tea. Kerr shovels coal into the engine, traces his ancestors, and enjoys dinner in traditional Scottish attire.
