Synopsis by Hans J. Wollstein

Gower Gulch entrepreneur Trem Carr produced this inexpensive little oater starring one of the lesser silent screen cowboys, Buddy Roosevelt. Roosevelt (née Kenneth Sanderson and a former stunt rider) was actually a fine actor who did better with the inevitable comedy segments than most of his contemporaries. But like other also-ran stars of the period (Wally Wales, Bob Custer, Buffalo Bill, Jr.), Roosevelt was defeated by sub-par production values and indifferent direction. In Devil's Tower he plays an engineer who saves a dam from destruction. The film's director, J.P. McGowan appears as the heroine's father.
