Synopsis by Hans J. Wollstein
An unusually taut Ken Maynard Western, The Devil's Saddle was set on the Hopi reservation in northern Arizona. Maynard played Harry Morrel, a rancher falsely accused of killing a member of the tribe. When Maynard's father, (William Walling) the sheriff, fails to punish his son for the crime, the Hopis set the Maynard homestead on fire. To clear his good name and prevent further destruction, Maynard goes in search of the real killer (Earl Metcalfe), a greedy prospector. Metcalfe is caught, hog-tied, and delivered to the tribe for punishment.
